Volunteer

Our mission at Calls and Visits is simple: less loneliness. Some people aren't able to get out of the house and would love a regular call or visit.

If you have some spare time each week and would like to help reduce loneliness in the community, we'd love to hear from you. 

Our volunteers range from 26 to 84 in age and have a variety of interests, just like the people we help. The one thing they all have in common, is that they're kind and they can listen! This is more important than being able to talk. 

Full training is provided and you'll be supported by our friendly team. We have people waiting to be matched with someone like you for a regular chat.
